Addiction isn’t just a habit—it’s a maze of triggers, emotions, and isolation that can feel impossible to escape alone. Maybe you’ve tried quitting before but slipped back into old patterns. Maybe you’re exhausted by shame or don’t even recognize yourself anymore. That’s where I come in. As both a Recovery Coach and a Sober Friend, I offer what traditional therapy often can’t: daily, practical support to rebuild your life while staying sober. No judgment, no textbook answers—just proven strategies from someone who’s walked this path and knows the way out.
Alcoholism
Break the cycle of “just one drink” excuses and rebuild social confidence without relying on alcohol.
Learn to navigate triggers (parties, stress, boredom) with healthier coping mechanisms.
Redefine your identity beyond “the drinker” and rediscover joy in sober connections.
Drug Dependency
Create a relapse prevention plan that works for your lifestyle and triggers.
Replace destructive habits with routines that nourish your body and mind.
Address the guilt of past choices and rebuild self-trust, one sober day at a time.
Sexual Addiction
Establish healthy boundaries in relationships and intimacy.
Rewire compulsive behaviors with tools for emotional regulation and self-respect.
Shift from shame to empowerment by focusing on progress, not perfection.
Gambling Addiction
Repair financial habits and rebuild stability with accountability frameworks.
Identify emotional voids that fuel the urge to gamble and fill them with purpose.
Restore trust in yourself and relationships damaged by addiction.
Sober Friend Support
24/7 Accountability: Text me during a craving, and I’ll help you play the tape forward—before you act on impulse.
Sober Lifestyle Design: Let’s find hobbies, social events, and routines that make sobriety feel liberating, not limiting.
Emergency Support: I’ll be your voice of reason when triggers strike.
Sessions are collaborative! We might role-play tough conversations, create a relapse prevention plan, or brainstorm ways to fill your time with fulfilling sober activities. Every session is shaped by your needs that week.
Recovery isn’t a race. Some clients need 3 months of intensive support; others prefer ongoing check-ins for a year. We’ll move at your pace.
Relapse isn’t failure—it’s feedback. We’ll work through it without shame, figure out what triggered it, and strengthen your plan. My goal is to help you rise, no matter how many times you stumble.
Absolutely. Your struggles, goals, and progress stay between us. Trust is the foundation of this work.
Let’s figure it out together during your free connection call. Many clients blend coaching and Sober Friend support for holistic care.
Recovery Coaching
As a recovery coach, I focus on your future. We design tools for sobriety, goal-setting and creating a life you love. I am your strategist and ally – think of me as a “sobriety personal trainer.” I utilize methods such as accountability check-in’s, habit-building exercises and real-world problem-solving (e.g. “How do I say no at a wedding?”)
Therapy
A therapist tends to focus on your past as they analyze root causes such as trauma and mental health and diagnose conditions. A therapist is licensed clinician who helps you process emotions and heal psychological wounds. They tend to use methods such as talk therapy, trauma work and clinical interventions.
